I look forward to all of Mhaolin's stories so much because I know I’ll get ROMANCE without it getting explicit. And I just appreciate that so much. I kid you not, I think I put my phone down at least 5 times and said “GURL” while I was reading snowdrop because 👁️👄👁️ He knows. He has to know what he’s doing.

The very beginning was a little difficult for me to get into, but it’s always like that for me with books. esp short stories. It is written so well, Sehri’s characteristics are charming and tender, although I don’t resonate with her, she is not hard to love. Willow’s character is so cute, and I appreciated Sehri’s unreliable narration because it helps move the plot along and kept me on my toes eager for his character to unfold :)
